Incident Command Simulators Our site will offer several online incident command simulators. These simulators will take you through a range of emergencies as the incident commander. In these sims you start with dispatch traffic. Upon arrival to the scene you must survey the incident and enter your initial "Size-Up". From that point you are the Chief. You must control every unit on scene, maintain your command board, request more units, and juggle all the radio traffic. Each incident is intense and fast paced. These sims are challenging! At the end, you will be presented an after action report that you print, or email to your taining officer. Be prepared, its easy to get overwhelmed as the IC!
