When I fill out the
login form, nothing happens?
Check to make sure that you have 'cookies enabled' in your internet
settings. For information on how to do enable
cookies, click here.
I tried to reset my
password, but never got the email.
Check your email software or provider and make sure that you do
not have settings blocking the email from being received. In some
cases your email service may discard the email as junk since it
is being generated by a website. If you are still unable to receive
the email contact site admin for support.
I use to have to login
twice, why is that different?
Our old login system requires this. We have updated to a new,
much more efficient and secure system. The days of the annoying
gray network box ARE GONE!
Is my connection to
the members area secure?
Yes. Your password and login is secure. In addition our site has
a valid SSL
certificate through our hosting provider. Also, we do not
store, or have access to your financial information. All financial
info is managed through the payment method you select.
Is my credit card
information secure?
Yes. All memberships are created and paid for through payment
system you select. We only offer rebutable, secure, dependable
payment systems with tremendous systems in place to make sure
your info is protected.
ACCOUNT INFORMATION
Can I update my membership
from monthly rebilling to quartery or yearly?
Of course. In fact, yearly memberships are your best option. It
saves you nearly 25 percent over monthly rebilling. To upgrade
your account simply login and click on "account
information" on the left side menu. Or just click
here.
How do I cancel my
membership?
Simply login to the site,
and click on "account information" on the left side
menu, or click here. This will
pull up your active subscription, then simply click on the "Cancel"
link and follow the onscreen instruction.
Can I cancel my membership
and then sign back up later?
Certainly. When you cancel your
membership and the account expires you are no longer able to access
the members area. Your account however is not lost. Simply login
to the members areas, and then follow the on screen instructions
to re-subscribe.
If I cancel my membership,
is it immediate?
When you cancel it simply stops
any further billing from occuring. You will still have access
to the members area for the remainder of your paid term. Once
your membership reaches its expiration date you will lose access
to themembers area.
If I cancel my membership,
can I get a refund?
We do not offer refunds for cancelled
accounts. When you sign up you accept the terms of use. Upon successful
payment you given access to the site for a specified amount of
time. While we do not offer refunds for cancelled accounts, you
are able to enjoy the site until the expiration of your paid term.

Our online simulators are designed
with Flash. You will need a Flash Player to use them. Most computers
these days have a Flash Player pre installed. However, in rare
case you may not have one, or may need to upgrade. To do this,

What if I find information
on your site that suggest unsafe actions, or violates my department
SOPs?
Our site offers suggestions and
ideas only. If you feel any information suggest unsafe actions,
do not use it. Always follow your department SOPs. If you feel
something in our site could be unsafe please contact site admin
and let us know. Our lead developer is a Captian in the fire department
with ten years on the job. We make every effort to ensure our
information is safe and accurate, but please let us know if you
feel otherwise. Thank you.
Can I submit content
like training articles and ideas to your site?
CERTAINLY! In
fact we welcome it. You will be given full credit for ANY content
that you submit if we use it. In fact, if you have enough to content
you may be selected as a contributer and receive a Free Lifetime
VIP membership. Please feel free to contact us with any submissions
you may have!
Will you pay me for content that I submit?
Currently we are not offering payment
for content submissions. You might be rewarded with a free membership
depending on the quantity and quality of your submissions. In
the future we hope to offer paid contributor positions. So help
