If you knowingly send or infect the Website with a virus, Trojan horse, worm, etc then the Publisher retains the right at its sole discretion to pursue you for all legal fees (including its own and those of any third party), damages and other expenses that may be incurred by it as a result of your actions.

The Publisher accepts no liability in respect of the content of any third party material appearing on the Website or in respect of the content of any other website to which the Website may be linked from time to time. The Publisher makes no warranty in respect of the contents of this Website and accepts no liability for any loss or damage whatsoever and however arising whether directly or indirectly as a result of access to and use of this Website including without limitation acting or failing to act in reliance on any information contained herein. Indemnity. You understand that you are personally responsible for your behavior while on the Website, and agree to indemnify and hold the Publisher, any associated companies, their parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, and their officers, directors, employees and agents harmless from and against any loss, damage, liability, cost or expense of any kind (including legal fees and costs) that they may incur in connection with a third party claim or otherwise, in relation to your use of the Website, access to the Website, your violation of either these Terms or the rights of any third party, disclosure of membership passwords and any other matter in connection with your participation in the services on the Website.

Force Majeure. The Publisher does not warrant that functions contained in the Website content will be uninterrupted or error free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Publisher or the server(s) that makes it available are free of viruses or bugs.

Account Sharing. Memberships are purchased for use by single individuals. It is a violation of these site terms to share your account login/access. Sharing of your login can result in the member having site access revoked and forfeit of all fees paid. Fire departments purchasing memberships for in station use: these memberships are for a single location and not to be used at multiple stations. Separate memberships must be purchased for each fire station. Fire departments are forbidden to purchase a single membership for all department members. Subscriptions purchased for in station use may not be used by department members at home or on computers outside of the fire house the membership was purchased for. Violation of these terms can result in the fire department having site access revoked and forfeit of all fees paid.

Account Cancellation. It is the responsibility of members to maintain their own account. FIF admin is not responsible for canceling your membership. If you wish to longer subscribe you must follow the steps on the membership page to cancel your subscription. Fees will not be refunded for members failing to cancel their account for any reason.

Refunds. FIF does not offer any refunds for memberships purchased. A free 24 hour trial membership is available to allow review of the site before purchasing a subscription.

24 Free-Trial. The 24 free-trial will automatically charge the members credit card or payment account upon expiration of the 24 hours. This fee is a recurring monthly fee of $4.95. If a member wishes to avoid these charges it the responsibility of the subscribing member to cancel their account prior to the expiration of the 24 hours. No refunds will be given for charges resulting from failure to cancel before the expiration of the trial period.

US Law. Save where specifically indicated otherwise, the Website and its contents are targeted only at US residents. Any legal proceedings arising as a result of content of or use of the Website shall be subject to the laws of the United States of America
