In 2022 our CEO< Ryan Christen provided Planning and Executive Advisory support for the Los Angeles Mobile Homeless Connect (MHC) during an 8-month planning and preparedness effort to develop and implement the pilot-program in partnership with other state agencies . Mr. Christen, facilitated planning, development, and implementation of this innovative project to deliver support and service enrollment opportunities to the point of need in response to an executive call to action from the Governor in response to the state homelessness crisis.

- Project Lead and author of the Cal OES Disaster Debris Management Plan (DDMP) 2023 to revise and update the DDMP and nine hazard-specific disaster debris management annexes. Collectively these tools provide a 600+ page compilation supporting all-hazards disaster debris management and planning. (Also served as co-author and project team member to develop the original plans in 2021)
- Los Angeles Mobile Homeless Connect (MHC) Exec. Advisor: Assisted in leading, developing, and implementing a pilot-program delivering support and service enrollment opportunities to the point of need in answer to an executive call to action from the Governor in response to the state homelessness crisis.
- Project Lead and Primary Author (in coordination with John’s Hopkins Emergency Response System and the MEMA Consequence & Management Directorate) Developed the COVID-19 PPE Burn-Rate Methodology Report outlining data collection processes, analysis methodologies, and resource planning strategies – MEMA received a Global Innovation and Technology Award from the International Association of Emergency Managers for the project.
